Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All Items with CLEARANCE in the name are FINAL Sale items. DUE TO HYGIENIC PURPOSES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS: EARRINGS, LEGGINGS, YOGA PANTS, SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, BRAS, BANDEAUS, HAIR ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING HATS AND BEANIES) SOCKS AND EYEWEAR. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE ITEMS.

Refunds (if applicable)
All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. Items must be received within 30 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with the original tags still attached. If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 3 days, there is nothing that we can offer you.

Once we receive returns, they will be processed within 6-10 business days. You will then be given a store credit of the amount of the item minus the shipping charges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This credit will be placed on the customer account that was created at checkout. If the customer checks out as a guest they will need to create a customer account in order to redeem a store credit. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year! All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days.

All clearance items are FINAL.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back. We have a huge selection of products and it moves very quickly! send us an email at info@gerlethalee.com

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product(s), send request with a copy of your receipt to: info@gerlethalee.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
